Simple and Effective Tips on How to Lose Weight

Everybody wants to has perfect impression even on the first or on the next greetings right? If we have overweight problem then we should learn how to lose weight. Beside overweight is dangerous for our health because it become the cause of some dangerous diseases, also overweight could decrese our appearance. Don’t be afraid, here are some tips to do from now. Check!

1. Don’t ever ignore your breakfast
Lose our weight doesn’t mean we should decrease our portion on eat. We only need to rearrange our life style especially on eat schedule. Always eat your breakfast with enough nutrition of food like vegetables, egg, and milk. 


2. Start with water
How to lose weight? Simple, more drink! Our bodies are composed by higher portion of water then we have great needs of water. Fulfill our needs of water at least 2 litres per day. Water help us to dissolving toxic and fats in our body so our weight will lose eventually. Just be patient.

3. Eat more vegetables
Vegetables are really good for our health. Vegetable help our digestive system to works excellently. With good digestive system, there will no longer problems of fat hoarding on our body so our weight won’t increase greatly. You can eat anything as long it healthy and don’t ever forget to consume vegetables as primary menu.

4. Consume protein
Protein is one of good substance which very good for human’s health. Protein has good role to burn fats and fit to support our diet program. We should get protein from white part of egg, oatmeal, or cerreal. Protein foods really recommended to be added on breakfast menu.

5. Replace simple carbo with complex carbo
How to lose weight should be done by replacing our behaviour from eat simple carbo to complex carbo. Simple carbo are rice and noddles, and complex carbo is oatmeal, cerreal, etc.
