Simple Treatment for How to Make Face Slimmer

Slimmer face commonly become identical of the beauty. Well, we could see the international models, they are usually have slim body and slim face. It makes us – women with fat face- feel unconfident. But, it’s not the end of life, because now we will know about how to make face slimmer. Because impossible is nothing so we need to practice all the treatments below.


1. Chew gum!
Why we should chew gum? It will be such an exercise for our mouth and cheeks. For each motion when we chew the gum, will make our nerve move. For every moving, will decrease the fat mass on the cheeks. So our cheeks will slimmer after wo do this simple exercise regularly.


2. Smile and laugh
Don’t you realize that smile and laugh is the simplest way but giving the greatest result for our health? Especially, how to make face slimmer should we get after we practice to smile and laugh more often than usual. Our cheeks will move and slowly the size will decrease after we doing it for long period. Just imagine if we never smile and laugh, of course we won’t get the best size for our face.

3. Widely open your mouth
Just widely open your mouth while saying “A”. Give the maximal power to open your mouth until you feel a little bit hurt. Doing this treatment for three times per day. Make sure don’t do it for too long because it can make your jaw being hurt.

4. Drink more water
Water is a superpower substance which very good to fix much problems on our health. Well, drink also will be the solution about how to make face slimmer. Drink water at least 2 litre per day or more will be better. So don’t be lazy to drink for ideal face.
