How to Eliminate Bad Breath from Good Life Style

Bad breath sometimes can’t be face even we have do anything to clear it. Bad breath appear of some reasons such as we can’t protect the cleanless of our mouth, eat foods which be the cause of bad breath, smoking, forget about breakfast, and problems on teeth. How to eliminate bad breath from our daily behavior? Of course we need to change our behavior anfd turn into the better one. Then, learn some points to eliminate bad breath below.

1. Protect the humidity of our mouth
Dried mouth should be the cause of bad breath. Saliva helps mouth to keep in enough humidity and has function as antiseptic and enzym to replace bacteria. Keep our mouth humidity by drink more water and chew gum. Water and gum stimulate mouth to produce more saliva so that the potential of bad breath decrease.


2. Stop smoking from daily behavior
Smoking is one greatest cause of bad breath. How to eliminate bad breath from smoking? Just slowly decrease the rate of smoking and more drink water and chew gum. But you have to know that escape from smoke is not easy, so be patient and still targetting on what you want to.

3. Consume more fruits
Fruits are the greatest food for keeping our health. Especially, we should consume fruits with high contain of Vitamin C suc as apple, orange, banana, etc. Vitamin C helps mouth to fight against bacteria which be the cause of bad breath.

4. Brush the teeth regularly
For protect the health of mouth, we should make sure that our mouth always clean. Brush our teeth after eat and before sleep is the standart direction to avoid bad breath. Because keep our mouth from bad breath actually simple. And the answer of how to eliminate bad breath is protect our mouth health.
